What is a 7 Brew Fizz soda?
A 7 Fizz Soda is sparkling water mixed with flavor syrups and served over ice. The barista builds it to order, so you can choose any flavor on the menu. Some signature flavors add a cream or vanilla note, which gives an Italian-soda style taste.

Calories almost double from Small to Large in a flavored soda. That is because the syrup is the only source of calories, and a Large gets twice the pumps of a Small. A Kids size is a good way to taste a new flavor for under 100 calories.
Iced or Frozen Chiller?
The official guide lists the same calories for the iced and Frozen Chiller versions. A Large Blood Orange is 340 calories either way. The blended version simply has a slushy texture.
