What tea does 7 Brew serve?
7 Brew uses its own tea blends, brewed and served iced or hot. You can drink a tea plain, sweeten it, or add fruit syrups. Each blend has three signature flavor mixes on the official menu.
- Green Tea: light and grassy.
- Black Tea: bold, with the most caffeine.
- Paris Tea: a house blend with the second-highest caffeine after black tea.
- Earl Grey Tea: black tea with a bergamot citrus note.
- Cinnamon Spice Tea: a warm, spiced blend.
- Decaf Tea: almost no caffeine.

How much caffeine is in 7 Brew tea?

A Large iced Black Tea has 170 mg, which is more than a Large 7 Energy at 133 to 152 mg. Flavored iced black teas, such as Georgia Peach, have a little less, at 138 mg in a Large, because syrup takes up space.
Hot tea has a different caffeine profile
The official guide lists much lower numbers for most hot teas. A hot Black Tea has 11 mg in Kids, Small and Medium, and 21 mg in a Large. Hot Paris Tea has 9 to 17 mg. Green tea is the exception: hot Green Tea has 50 mg in Kids through Medium and 99 mg in a Large, which is more than iced.
If you want tea with little caffeine, order hot black tea, iced Earl Grey, Cinnamon Spice or Decaf.

Chai lattes
Chai is a spiced black tea concentrate mixed with milk. It is sweet and creamy, and it has much less caffeine than coffee.
