What is 7 Brew Energy?
The 7 Energy is a caffeinated energy drink that the barista mixes to order. It is not a canned drink. The base is poured over ice, then flavor syrups are added. 7 Brew offers it in two bases: Original and Sugar-Free.
It is the main coffee-free way to get caffeine at 7 Brew. Teas also have caffeine, but less. If you do not like coffee but want a lift, this is the drink most people pick.

The Sugar-Free 7 Energy is the lightest caffeinated drink at 7 Brew. The guide lists sugar-free versions of the Brewberry, Ocean Breeze and Sunrise. Each has 0 to 10 calories and 0 grams of sugar, with the same 67, 105 and 133 mg of caffeine as the regular flavored drinks.
Sugar-free Frozen Chillers keep more caffeine than regular ones: 114 mg in a Large, compared with 71 mg.
Iced vs Frozen Chiller
You can order any 7 Energy iced or as a Frozen Chiller. The blended version has fewer calories and less caffeine, because ice replaces part of the drink.

The official guide lists no top-9 allergens for any 7 Energy drink, regular or sugar-free. The Pixie Stick uses an almond-flavored syrup, but the guide does not list almond for it.
